I truly enjoyed its very friendly and knowledgeable employees.

The service was all in all terrific.

Thank you all for a wonderful stay for one night. The personnel were accommodating and attentive and made me feel welcome. My room was brand-new and cheap with climate control, multi-channel TV, coffee and tea making facilities. Quick check-in and late check-out, plus the staff was affable.

A Tale of Two Stays

Our recent visit was bittersweet. On one hand, the spacious and clean room offered a comfortable king bed and great water pressure. Thankfully, helpful staff brightened our days, especially the kind night clerk who saved the day with a charging cord!

Well priced place, had a really nice stay for one night. The check in was easy, the stuff was attentive and knowledgeable👌

The rooms were reasonably large and cheap with clean bathrooms. The location seemed comfortable and excellent close to everything. It was also close to the beach and downtown Portland, the surrounding waterpark and palace play land and Kennebunkport.

Two small dogs were allowed, but customer service fell short at check-in and throughout our stay. Upon returning to our room, a note asked us to discuss our pet agreement, despite no agreement being provided at check-in. The cleanliness of the facility was concerning. Overflowing trash and unkempt common areas marred the experience. While the staff was somewhat polite, the lack of proper management and attention to detail were great.

My kids wished the hotel had extended pool hours for families.

The food was fab with lots of choice!

The lobby had a nice, cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Improved cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms is needed.

The venue is fairly clean and fairly large with great staff members. Incredibly comfortable room available with pullout couch, tub plus 1 king bed.

We enjoyed exploring Old Orchard Beach and visiting nearby Ogunquit. The location was perfect, and the beds were comfy, and the fridge in the room was a nice touch. Don't miss the breakfast selection. It has something for everyone.

The check-in process was a bit rough. We requested a later check-in and were told it wasn't possible, frustrating. It put a bit of a damper on our day.
